Traditional Outpatient Treatment occurs either in individual or group settings, 1-2 times per week. They offer specialized groups designed to meet the specific needs of each client, such as: multiple DUI offenders, relapse prevention, and women’s groups.
Intensive Outpatient Treatment also occurs in an individual or group setting and meets for three hours at a time, 3 days per week for 4-5 weeks.

My suggestion for anyone is to be assessed at any one of these facilities below. They will guide you into the right program.
Meetings are very necessary in your recovery process. Look, this may be one of the hardest experiences you will ever go through in your life. Like anything else in your life that is worth time and effort, so is staying sober and healthy. You made this far keep going back it works!
Changing your life away from the drug use that you are used to not an easy transition. There may be other factors involved that you were unaware of such as, Mental Health issues. I also highly recommend getting counseling. In some cases your abuse may in conjunction with deep rooted issues, or even current one that have helped lead you down the path of addiction.
Remember there is always someone willing to listen, and help you along your path to recovery.
